APM has been engaged to project manage the fitout of approximately 12,898m² of A-Grade commercial space, ensuring seamless delivery of both speculative and leased suites. Our role encompassed oversight of design elements in collaboration with the fitout team, as well as budget monitoring and program management to achieve a high-quality outcome.

With a focus on efficiency, flexibility, and premium finishes, APM worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the project met the expectations of future tenants while adhering to financial and scheduling constraints. From initial planning to final handover, we provided strategic guidance to mitigate risks, optimise workflows, and maintain alignment with the overarching project vision.
