The Shangri-La Hotel is an internationally acclaimed hotel offering 255 spaciously inviting guest rooms and suites overlooking Trinity Bay and the Marlin Marina.
The multifaceted asset was acquired and repositioned to benefit from the growing tourist activity in QLD. The c.5,000m² retail complex was modernised and released, setting a new benchmark for rates on the peninsular.
