An adaptive re-use development creating 140 accomodation rooms set above the historical Shelbourne Hotel.
The project is set to create a new blend of contemporary affordable accomodation rooms whilst promoting F&B offerings throughout the building form.
The development is set on the cusp of the Darling Harbour foreshore precinct in the Sydney CBD, adjacent to the Cockle Bay masterplan development.
Due to the location and scale of the project a Stage 1 and Stage 2 DA strategy is required with the project also being referred to NSW Government as a State Significant Project.
