Dubbed ‘Merchant House’, 333 Kent Street, is an innovating A-grade premium commercial workspace in Sydney’s central business district (CBD).

The project is a historic adaptive reuse of an existing heritage B-Grade asset into a PCA A-Grade tower. The structure offers four heritage-listed floors with an additional 11 lightweight steel fabricated floors.

The project is considered one of the leading ESG development in the Sydney CBD achieving the following:

  • 5 Star NABERS and Green Star

  • 45% reduction in potable water consumption as compared to a similar building without rainwater capture

  • 50% more fresh air than Australian Standards

  • 90% of the structure was retained

  • 40% of the occupied areas receive a good level of daylight
